Tim Willis is now a Senior Director in the University of Notre Dame’s Development Office. After 30 years in the financial services business, including the last 25 years at UBS/Painewebber, he returned to his alma mater in May 2014.

Tim is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BBA in Accounting), where he was classmates with Dr. Gaus and several fellow AHD Advisory Board members. He and his wife, Sue (ND ’86) now reside in South Bend, IN. They are also the proud parents two sons, Michael and Brian.

A Chinese immigrant carried his daughter into Hesburgh Hospital’s Emergency Room in mid-January. She had some cognitive delays and severe scoliosis, and now she was suffering extreme respiratory difficulty. We diagnosed influenza with pneumonia as a complication. She went downhill very fast and sadly died in the ICU within two hours of coming to the ER. Influenza is a concerning public health threat in the U.S., as you all know.
