Dr. Rachel English is an emergency medicine doctor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and has been in practice for 25 years. Dr. English is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Having been “in the field” now for more than 25 years, Andean Health & Development (AHD) has seen a very interesting and positive evolution of the “small hospital” and how it connects with primary health care services in the community.
